How to register
You should only register as a Client, on behalf of your company, if you have the authority to agree to the Client terms and conditions, on behalf of your company.
Who can register?
We work with limited companies, partnerships, sole traders, charities and institutions.
Register as a Client and a Candidate
If you want to register as both a Client and a Candidate you will have to register twice. This is because our site is tailored, using cookies, to show different information to Clients and Candidates.
Filling in your details
Under the requirements of data protection legislation, we need you to agree that we may contact you for the purposes of managing the site and the effective running of your account.
You can also choose whether or not you wish to receive additional information from people4business Limited, or from selected affiliate partners or related companies.
On registration you must fill in all information fields marked with a *
You must fill out your name and e-mail details to register on people4business or you will see Required Field.
If you see Invalid email please check the spelling of your email address. We run a program which automatically checks that your email is in a standard email format.
If your e-mail is correct, but you are still seeing the error message, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0845 371 0722.
Your password must be at least five characters in length. Otherwise you may see Invalid Password.
Providing us with your Job Title/ Role and Department information will allow us to direct any questions about your account to the appropriate team. If these fields are not relevant to your company situation, please leave them blank.
If you are a sole trader, please put your own name or your trading name.
The default address for the purposes of registration should be the company trading address.
You are able to specify an alternative name and address, which may be the company registered address, for the purposes of invoicing if necessary.
people4business Limited has a commitment to pay Candidates for every hour they work on contracts gained through the people4 websites. Because of this, all of our Clients undergo a credit-checking process when we start to work with them. See our making payments information here.
The people4business invoicing process requires that Candidate's timesheets are approved within two working days.
Therefore, it is advisable you specify someone else in the company who is authorised to approve timesheets in your absence.
In order to register as a Client on any of the people4 sites, you need to agree to the people4business Limited terms and conditions.
These include the undertaking that any subsequent contact with a Candidate you have contacted through any of the people4business Limited websites must be invoiced through people4business Limited contracts and timesheets.
