Following my successful career in the Army I enjoyed over 6 years as Head of Training for the Financial Services Training College where my responsibilities included the management of several high profile projects which included the development and delivery of Management Development, Supervisor Development, Sales Force Training and Development, Assessment, Coaching and Feedback, Mentoring, Team Building, Trainer Development and Assessment, Training Needs Analysis and Course Design and Development including bespoke training to meet TNA and key business strategies. Since 2000 I have enjoyed a successful career as a Training, Design and Development Consultant and I look forward to working with YOU to help you to develop and achieve your training needs and goals. My rate reflects my experience and the comittment I will give to your success.
