Project 3 - Large scale migration from legacy system for AXA Sun Life.
· Involvement in high-level migration requirements workshops.
· Facilitated record creation and field level mapping workshops
· Responsible for the production of requirements specifications for a core area of the migration engine. This involved the production of migration scenarios for different product types and business life cycles.
· Undertook code walkthroughs with developers. Including a development team from India.
Project 2 - Large scale migration from two legacy systems for Sun Life Financial of Canada.
· Facilitated record creation and field level mapping workshops
· Designed test plans and undertook the testing for the migration from the first system.
· Updated requirements specifications to take account of testing failures from the first system.

Business Analyst and Procedures Team Leader
· Acted as business representative for project ensuring that the company’s Persistency System met regulatory requirements. This involved the undertaking of a gap analysis and the production of requirements specifications for the redevelopment of the company’s system. Also involved in the identification of test scenarios and the co-ordination of testing.
· Acted as business representative for millennium proofing of a number of business critical systems.
