Responsible for the performance, training and development of the technical teams across Audio & Music and Mobile. Ensuring best practice in our processes and products.

Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and Head of Technical Architecture across all our products - /Programmes, /Music, PIT, Radio Player in iPlayer and Indy projects. Involved in all stages of the development life cycle from release and sprint planning, day to day scrums, testing, delivery, reviews and retrospectives.

Carrying out the management and production of Live and On-demand seminars. Working with other companies in the field of memory improvement. Delivering 1 to 1 coaching for Oxbridge candidates.

In 2009 ran a series of Mind Mapping and Memory Improvement Seminars across BBC’s FM&T department.

Eton, Charterhouse, Roedean, Oakham, Woldingham, Oundle, St Bede’s, Whitgift, Bradfield, Bootham, Sevenoaks and St Peter’s (York).

Acting in Film, TV, London's West End spanning 15 years, 3 of those from 1997 to 2000 as a National Theatre Actor worked with Sir Ian McKellan and lead role as Cosmo in Singin’ in the Rain.

Set up a production company after successfully acquiring the worldwide rights for a West End Production of Terry Pratchett’s Wyrd Sisters.

Creator and Consultant on BBC1’s prime-time game show Monkhouses Memory Masters. Responsible for the creative concept and consulting on game show format. Developed all aspects of training and coaching for the contestants, comprising of an intensive 2-day seminar followed by 2 weeks of one to one coaching.
