I have worked at all management and senior management levels and areas within the the Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Exhibitions industry for many years. I am currently assisting a new conference venue build its commercial viability and develop the facilities by expanding the property to develop the business potential. My background is in PR, Marketing and Sales, Training and Development and consultancy. I have had my own business in South Africa where I ran and Event Management, Training and Consultancy operation within the conference and meetings industry. I came over to England 5 years ago and worked on a number of challenging projects. I have also worked for an agency, corporate client and catering contractors assisting them with event management, sales and marketing planning and implementation, operations and systems, business plans and new business development. I am a "trouble shooter" and enjoy a challenge. I have always over delivered and believe in delivering more than what is expected which is why I am business for myself but mostly for my clients as they benefit from my determination and confidence to impress.
