Promoted to a Senior Management role to lead the team from both FTID and ComStock departments. This involved influencing at Board level. This incorporated all the responsibility of the previous role, but additionally required strategic and architectural support for board members to make decisions on. Acted as a Senior Project manager on large scale infrastructure and software projects.

This role dealt with the provision of all European Data and was responsible for team leading of twenty five people over three departments, during larger projects, staff numbers would frequently attain fifty people in georgraphically diverse locations. Particularly specialised in working with Unix and Java based software solutions, however has experience of managing staff working with python, pearl, ruby, C++, C#, XML, SQL, and eclipse for version control. Managed the introduction of change control, as well as adherence to the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) procedures and documentation.

QA Consultant, Nov 2000 – April 2001

Joined as a member of the Support team, created the QA and Testing department, which included setting out test plans, UAT, automated testing and developing a suite of in house bespoke tools for real-time financial market testing.
