Own and develop the Channel for sales through marketing activities within the sector. Marketing Plan production - both tactical and strategic - 6,12 and 18 months rolling plan. Manage the planned activities, measure results, define market and sales strategy over the 6 and 12 month period. Plan included Events, sheduled advertorial, press engagement, relationship management with central government organisations, support sales activities, introduce channel products. With overall objective to increase mobile voice and data usage in the sector, this was acheived with uplift of £8 per month per user in voice usage and the introduction of mobile data devices (puch e-mail) into the NHS at 5k devices within a 3 month period from launch.
