August 95 - March 96, Project Manager, Plysu Plc. (Contract)
Setting up an in-house Blow-Moulding facility for the computerised manufacture of plastic containers for the dairy Industry, the cost of the project was approx. £6 million this with full P&L control

Feb 1995 -Aug 95 Established Works Consultant (EWC), Sovereign Consultancy (Contract)
Monitoring the WSM function in order to establish that the RAF/MOD were receiving Value for Money on an annual spends of £4.5m. Tasked with ensuring that all statutory requirements were being met, dealing more recently with CDM, which meant overseeing the property management tasks on a planned and systematic basis to establish that Construction Standards, Risk Management and Safety & Environmental Regulations were being adhered to.
