Summary.
Currently utilizing a working knowledge of the logistical and business processes involved in supplying the UK market with quality wines and spirits and the SAP R/3 systems workflow transactions, EDI / WE02 in particular, which support these processes. This involves managing a complex mix of logistical, technical and business processes, providing solutions, guidance and when required, training.

Software Developer - screen, reports and cube developments for Epicor Front and Back Office Enterprise systems. Currently working predominantly in EDI Support for SAP R/3 - Analysis and design of solutions required meeting EDI problems encountered, particularly during peak periods.

1996 – 1998 Working for Real Time Engineering Ltd for two and a half years as a contractor and involved several high profile projects in the Nuclear Power Industry. The most notable being Windscale Advanced Gas Cooled Reactor (WAGR) Data logger project for the decommissioning of retired Nuclear reactors at Windscale. I also did work for the Ministry of Defence on sub contracting secondment from Real Time to Defence Contractors Nickleby’s, (now Nickleby HFE Ltd)
1998 – 2000 Contract work obtained at Telesens KSCL included, analysis, design and implementation of the company’s helpdesk system and several MsOffice projects of an ad-hoc nature using SQL Server 7, HTML, and Visual Basic 6.

SUMMARY
This role required the design and implementation of a suite of client side programs to vsiualise and track the position of logistics fleet vehicles for companies such as Kellog;s and Excel Logistics. This also involved organising the workload and supervising the programming activities of junior programmers. Reporting to board level, worked directly with end-users to analyse and specify their requirements. (Barber Road Services Ltd, Excel Logistics Ltd, Kellogg’s Great Britain Ltd, Peak Technologies Ltd.)

Analysis and design of the Chronicle System PC graphical interface
Testing and documenting software developed by myself and other members of the team.

• Organising the project workload for two programmers and an assistant.
