Currently a Partner in a boutique coaching, consulting and training practice that has become specialised in working with Private Banks, Asset Managers and professional service organisations although our client base also includes corporates across a range of industries. We are behaviourists, helping equip people with the skills and behaviours and the positive mindset they need to respond to changing circumstances. This strategy involves the concentration of the firm’s resource on FTSE 350 non-audit clients and delivering to them the widest range of our services which include strategic tax consulting, tax assurance, corporate finance, business risk service and strategic finance.
• I led a team of 7 Account/Sales Directors and 5 Sales Coordinators to deliver £15m in sales in 2003/4 through major non-audit accounts.
• Personally accountable for 5 of these priority accounts, managing relationships at board level and delivering £2m in revenues.
• Targeting the next generation of priority accounts and leading, coaching and supporting major (£250k - £9M) pursuits which fall out with the priority account structure.
• A member of the National Sales Board, I helped formulate and drive the sales strategy for EY UK.. I was responsible for coaching all regional Account Directors.
