We provide expert advice from Consultants qualified as Certified Management Consultants (CMC) or full Members of the British Computer Society (MBCS). We particularly specialise in Business Solutions’ Methods, Processes & Procedures, Quality Reviews.
We are actively involved in the London & South East Regional Group of the Institute of Management Consultancy (IMC), with particular interest in Disability issues and liaison with Business Schools over professional standards in Consultancy.
Clients have included BT Exact, NatWest Bank, Abbey National, National Bank of Kuwait, Standard Life, THF Travelodge.
Mr. Walden has worked under QA Standards DefStan 05-21 (BS5750) and NATO AQAP 1/13 (ISO9000/1) in Scicon, Hoskyns (directly in the accreditation process) and Computer Sciences.
Mr. Walden has over 30 years' experience in Information Technology, in all the disciplines of Programming, Systems Analysis, Operations, Management, at all levels from Trainee to Senior Manager. This breadth of involvement has given him significant experience (since 1976) of dealing directly with senior end-user management on both technical and business aspects. Since 1979 most of his experience has been in Strategic Studies requiring detailed research and effective presentation.
