•Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership and Management, and has over 20 years experience of working with the public sector, community and voluntary groups, not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises covering areas such as research, training and facilitation, project management and strategic projects implementation
•Works with Government departments, local government and other not-for-profit organisations, interpreting national or regional policy and devising workable solutions to new challenges
•Clients have ranged from front line operational staff to management and executive level in businesses in the public, private and voluntary sectors, and across a range of individuals. This has included diverse work such as feasibility study for local authority and working as a Consultant advising the Regional Development Agency on a m£1 technology project
•Set up own consultancy and training business in 2001 having previously held senior positions with a national business support organisation
•Undertakes voluntary work and is also Chair of Trustees for an educational charity
