After completing a Masters degree in Education Management and Programme Evaluation in 2004, Stephen began assisting Secondary, Further and Higher Education organisations in the implementation of e-strategy and the use of technologies for learning, teaching and staff development.

Drawing from 12 years in education, staff development and training, and from a wide variety of employment in Manufacturing, Health, Retail and Hospitality prior to 1996, Stephen is well positioned to provide insightful and concise advice on projects and programmes that involve technology, change, learning and development.

Recently Stephen has been supporting organisations in the use and development of e-learning structure and content on platforms such as Web CT and Moodle, and has consulted on issues of up-skilling and support, the use of Web 2.0 and open source applications, the development of audio and video Pod casts, and the use of Blogs to enhance networking and communications.

Current projects include a Training Needs Analysis (IT) for academic and administration staff of a major London university; a web-based Lecturer and Module Feedback Survey and administrative procedure development, including a procedure manual, for aggregating data and disseminating results; and various digital support services for banking and education entities.
