A PhD qualified IT professional with experience in research, teaching, and software development, equipped with in-depth technical expertise and project management abilities. Capable of complex problem solving, producing new knowledge, and passing this on to a broad audience. Flexible, confident and self-motivated I can work both independently and as a member of a team. My aim is to work in a challenging environment, where I can fully exercise my professional skills and stimulate the production of emerging technologies.

• Published up to fifteen research papers in international scientific Journals, conferences proceedings, and workshops (IEEE, Elsevier, IJPEDS, ECIS, ECBS, BCS SGAI).
• Delivered a number of software solutions for the: motor industry; financial sector; property & estate agents, and law society of Scotland, to large clients such as Volkswagen, Standard Life, and Historic Scotland.
• Awarded the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), and Microsoft Technology Specialist (MTS) credentials.
• Awarded a Knowledge Transfer grant by Edinburgh Napier University, and participated in several other KT activities.
• Author of Mobile Agents for Routing in Ad-hoc Networks (MARIAN) protocol.
• Reviewed various scientific articles, and helped in the organisation of symposiums and networking events.
