Project Description
APS 4.0 is a Single Provisioning system that is capable of routing messages between the subscriber management systems and DTV end-point systems to support services for broadband channels, PPV purchasing, interactive TV TV eMail, Open Internet Access (OIA) and Broadband Internet Access (BIA) through STB.
APS 4.0 software components have been developed using industries standard technologies such as Java™ and XML with the use of the standards-based directory and Web Services components, they provide a unified service management platform that can be scaled to meet the needs of the world’s most demanding telecommunications service providers. Project Description – Bigfoot Program
Bigfoot program is a part of an overall strategy to transform the economics of Off-net Telephony and Resale Digital Subscriber Line (RDSL) and change the competitive landscape for Customer and Multimedia (CMM) by selectively building out a local telephony and DSL network, thereby converting the resale customer base into a more profitable "HFC like" business.
Objective of Bigfoot Program is to install Optus infrastructure in selected Telstra exchanges and utilize the existing Unbundled Local Loop (ULL) infrastructure to support Optus’ own DSL, Local Access Telephony (LAT) and Long Distance (LD) product offering, known herein as ULL-DSL and ULL-Telephony (Local and/or LD) respectively. End to end implementation of a ULL-DSL and ULL-Telephony (Local and Long Distance) service, front end to support these services i.e. Order Management/Order Provisioning (OMOP), Customer Care.

Project Description
BSNL-IOBAS project covers the implementation of Inter Operator Billing and Accounting Solution on an ASP Bureau Model Basis. This also covers handling the day-to-day operations pertaining to the Interconnect Billing and accounting for a period of 3 years and Satyam has been awarded this contract covering more than 50% of the subscribers belonging to BSNL. This project involves the implementation of Interconnect Billing system along with a Mediation System, reporting tool and also an exhaustive Network implementation being carried out by Satyam
BSNL is world’s 7th largest Telecom Service Provider and perhaps the biggest Interconnect Settlement system in the word being implemented in terms of the Geographical and Network coverage being extended.

Project Description
MN OSS should contribute to the first commercial solution of Analyzer Engine Multimedia by supporting a complete industrialized, productified and verified engine multimedia solution. MNOSS must provide sub network management, from Fault Management, Performance management and Element management perspective for the following components: EMA, BGW (IPMM1.0.2), Preserve Server, Broadworks 9.0, HSS (IPMM 1.0.2 +), CSCF (IPMM 1.0.2+) Border Agent, Conference Server, Prepaid Server, SMS GW etc.
For EMM 2.0, the reports are outlining the Performance Management of all the EMM nodes, including non-TSP based nodes (SNMPv3 based).

Contribution
1 As a System Analyst analysed the customer needs and provided the solutions to monitor the performance of their Network Elements and Southbound Interfaces
2 Modified the Design document to match the new requirement for both TSP and SNMPv3 based reports with the new counters.

Project Description
ANALYZER Engine is a product for managing data received from a telecommunications network. Engine consists of a number of servers; Aggregation - Collect, Aggregation – Process (includes also Table Monitoring), Aggregation Rules, Alarm Dispatcher, Export, Mediation Device Agent, Message Server, File Monitoring, File and Table Monitoring Rules, Rules Checker, AdminServer, AuditServer, and Scheduler. There may be one or several of the Mediation Device Agent and the clients. There must be only one of the rests of the servers. They all communicate via Orbix, which implements the CORBA standard protocol. The GUI is supported on HP-UX 10.20, Solaris 7, Solaris 8, Windows 2000, and Windows 98. ES used to export the data from the database to a file (supporting file format are mdi, csv, and xml.)

Contribution
Analysis, design and implementation of Export Server using core Java. Also done the Modules and Unit testing.

6. IP MIB-II Application 2.0 for Ericsson, Sweden (July’2003 – Oct’2003)

Project Description
It is Quality of Service IP application. This application consists of a collection of predefined statistical reports covering the operation of telecommunication network. Varity of reports provide useful information for short and long term planning, like- the effects of short-term faults (disruptions) and other exceptional circumstances. The following reports are available: Interface Quality of Service, Class of Service IP Traffic, and Class of Service Summary, Delay Report, and Jitter Reports

Project Description – This release contains the EMS and NMS level reports for -
ATM Application (Core 301/305 and Access 310/320 switches)
ATM Application is Performance Management tool, which monitors the ATM Public Switches. The parameters (for the ATM service switches) are available via the SNMP interface for ATM network elements, and are being presented in the technical report. Raw data are passed into Engine (Analyzer) through mediation and Engine aggregates these data and stores it into the database.

Telephony Server (TeS)
This project releases a new performance management application for the Telephony Server and related voice services. It provides AXD-AXE based reports developed for MN-OSS 5.0 framework. It includes LDAP Client, Reports and Data Model / Stored Procedures. LDAP Client is written to take the data from LDAP Server and stored these data in to the Sybase database using shell scripts and then reports created using Seagate Crystal Report tool. This application is for Solaris 8 with ANALYZER Engine 2.3.

PSTN Application
The PSTN Application product will contains the following reports:
Basic Traffic Types, Route Traffic, Delay Routes, Route Traffic, PBX Routes, Route Exceptions, Delay Routes, Route Exceptions, PBX Routes, Traffic Dispersion per Route, Traffic Level Trend, Top X Routes based on Peak hour Utilization, Bottom X Routes based on Peak hour Utilization, Call Processing, Network Elements

Project Description
The SLA Manager is a system for measuring and keeping track of the agreements made in the SLA contract. The object model of the business objects for the SLA Manager project basically covers all objects that are transferred between the client and the server with the CORBA interface. It gives an understanding of how the data (SLAs, Services, etc) is structured in the system. The main output from the system is the reports. Reports for the customer will allow comparing the delivered level of quality of service with the agreed level. The second output is the events. For example: When an SLA has been broken, an event may be sent to the billing system. When internal warning levels are broken, events will be sent to the service provider (by e-mail, pager or SMS). SLA Manager will be RDBMS multivendor enabled. The project consists of three parts.
1 User Interface (UI) – used to enter the threshold values.
2 Server part - validates all the data that accept from UI and send to database.
3 CORBA interface between UI and Server using Java APIs.

Design and implementation of APIs using Java to support the server activities and done the final Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT)

2. EHPT Analyzer SNMP Stack for Chine Telecom, Hong Kong (Feb’2001 – May’2001)

Project Description
SNMP stack consists of the designs and implements of SNMP Stack APIs for supporting SNMPv1 and SNMPv2c used for communications between Agent and Manager. APIs helps the developer to build SNMP manager applications. SNMP stack will be developed on the Analyzer Framework on HP-UX machine. The network consists of network elements, which can be any devices implementing the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), such as hosts, terminal servers, printer, routers, bridges, hubs and multiplexers.

3. CHA (Command Handling Application) for Ericsson, Sweden (July’2000 – Jan’2001)

Project Description
CHA enables communication with the External Systems registered with the Information Model handler. CHA is being used for sending MML commands to the managed objects through a scheduler. The CHA has been designed to incorporate sending of bulk MML commands through MML command files. The output of the command is stored in the log file for later reviewing. It provides CORBA interface for registering it services. The following tasks can be performed:
1 Sending of Man-Machine Language (MML) commands
2 Handling of command files
3 Log analysis for commands, responses and spontaneous reports
