Independent consultant helping a diverse array of companies to adapt technology and business processors to meet their company’s needs, by performing a wide range of management developmental and in some cases operational roles. My focus has been primarily, but not exclusively, related to Information Technology and Finance.
Recent Projects:
 Development of processors and workflow for a new ‘one stop’ brokerage firm dealing with PI Claims, bundling Financial Funding, Insurance, and Personal Injuries claims to a to preapproved panel of law firms. Estimated Revenue Year 1 £3 Million
 Initial Scope of Works and initial development for setting up processes to streamline packaging of PPI mis-selling claims to panel of Law Firms. Project revised to internal deployment in single firm.
 Development of Managed Services Concept to provide remote IT Management and Support to several Companies
 Set-up of new Business to New office deployment: managed and deployed new data systems for various clients.
 Interim Consultant to various companies wishing to re-structure their back office structure and IT.
 Accountancy System review and Implementation: evaluated various accountancy solutions on behalf of clients to identify which system met their requirements regarding current working practices and long-term needs.
 Case Management system review: evaluation of various case management systems on behalf of law firms and managed implementation.
 Reviewed various ERM and CRM solutions for clients.
 Project Manager for set-up infrastructure of various new offices for clients.
