I have over 20 years HR experience, with with in-depth knowledge and expertise in employee relations and business change. I have 15 years experience with multinational, blue chip companies, but have also worked in small companies.
Since establishing my business in 2002, the majority of my clients have been SME (both private and public sector) from a very diverse range of business sectors.
My current role is to provide HR expertise and support to a range of organisations, in both the public and private sectors. Operating on retained or project basis within a range of sectors including – large-scale manufacture, FMCG/food manufacture, financial services, retail, medical and dental services, regional government and media/communications.

The company underwent a number of major changes including de-merger, divestment and merger, and consequently I worked for a number of organisations over a 15 year period - without changing my employer as such! I held my final position for a period of approximately 3 years in the period leading up to, and following the merger which created Syngenta. my role was responsible for HR on 4 manufacturing sites in the UK, as well as being a member of the UK HR and UK Manufacturing Senior management teams
