Managed internal creative teams. Represented the station at a national level and at Capital Radio board meetings. Managed all station budgets. Reported to the Regional Operations Director.

• Brought fresh ideas to marketing Invicta FM, which were then adopted by the entire Capital Radio network with considerable success on a national level.
• Launched the ‘Party in the Park’ brand in Kent. Project managed the event inc: ticketing, marketing, national press liaison, VIP hospitality, sponsorship liaison and all other aspects of a major pop concert. Grew this to an audience of 25,000 over two years – making it the largest pop concert in the South East and strongly reinforcing the Invicta FM brand proposition.
• Produced a travel industry award winning ad campaign for Rail Europe that dramatically increased ticket sales and strengthened the brand position.
• Launched an e-commerce consumer website that increased ticket sales and profitability across all product ranges. The site still remains the most efficient way to book European rail travel.
• Re-branded and repositioned the Wembley venues. Managed all brand usage/development.
• Successfully devised, launched and marketed www.whatsonwembley.com – the first website of its kind and a profitable brand extension for the company.
• Heightened Wembley’s industry profile through trade event sponsorship, innovative trade support packages and PR. Culminated in Wembley Arena winning International Venue of the Year at the music industry Pollstar awards in 2001.
