CV (Curriculum Vitae) / Résumé
Experience:
I have over 23 years test experience covering various industries, I was working full time for 23 years with British Gas as a Test Manager/ Senior tester and Test Co-ordinator for approximately 6years and took voluntary redundancy from them in December 1996.
During that time I was responsible for the Test Planning, Test strategy and Test execution of major systems being implemented, one was a General Purchase order system and another was a Gas Sales, Marketing and billing system, part of the Gas De-regulation.
In all instances I was responsible to control the full test life cycle including the control of up to 8 testers and admin staff plus additional UAT staff as and when required.
I decided to go contracting in January 1997 and was doing so up until 2003 mainly to get a better understanding of other companies and to increase my testing skills and knowledge.
During this time I have worked for many large organisations, including British Telecom, Glaxo Welcom Pharmaceutical's, South Eastern Electricity and Eastern Natural Gas in various roles as System Tester and Business Analyst.
During the period I was contracting I was the Test Manager/Co-coordinator for Magex, a web based DRM (Digital Rights Management) and Micro payments company which was part of Nat West Bank cards division.
During this time I was responsible for the control of 18 testers covering permanent and contract staff, a majority of which I was involved in interviewing.
The role consisted of Test planning, strategy and text execution and QA of documentation and the recording of the results and control of a fault logging system.
The fault logging system was part of the Rational Suite; I used the Rational Robot to implement record and playback scripts for some of the regression test scripts.
My last position was within Nat West / RBS as part of the system migration team that ensured all the vouchers from the various branches pass through Nat West system and can be correctly posted onto the RBS systems.
This is in accordance with the parameters set down by the business; all faults are recorded on a PVCS system.
I am currently working for Accenture a Global Consultancy based in London and have been with them since June 2003 and have worked on various major client sites around the UK carrying out Test Management and Team lead roles.
I consider myself as an experienced dedicated Test Manager and Test Team Lead and have experience in CMMi, TMM, and SOx testing methodologies and compliance’s.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT BARCLAYS (CMMI PROCESSES)
ACCENTURE SOLUTIONSWas assigned to this role to assist in the investigation of the Testing Services Processes and Procedures currently being used as part of the Testing Services CMMi assessment that was carried out by Lamri (CMMi consultants)
This initially involved I attending a 3 week workshop that was carried out by Lamri on the Project Services, from this workshop came a number of issues that were highlighted as areas that required further investigation in order for this area to attain CMMi level 2.
The CMMi workshop for Testing Services was carried out prior to my arrival on this site but the assessment was forwarded to me by the Senior Test Manager.
From this information we were able to formulate a plan of action for Changes to be carried out within Testing Services and it was my responsibility to investigate the Critical areas of change that were required by the Senior Test Manager.
I therefore initiated investigations into the Productivity, Configuration Management, Change Management and Requirement Management areas which resulted in a number of Plans being produced.
These plans were designed to assist in the formation of Performance Action Teams (PATs) which are basically a group of personnel who have the knowledge in the defined areas that are capable of carrying out the investigations and reporting the results for each.
From these results a new Change Process was to be formulated in order for the CMMi assessment areas to be fulfilled.
