At one stage in the project I asked him to slow down a bit and do more testing, his work rate is impressive. I founded the company in 1995 to provide independent development and consultancy services to small businesses in Watford. With the rise of the internet we now extend our reach around the globe, with clients in the UK, USA, Europe and Australia. We've worked with businesses sized from sole traders to international corporations. We now provide our services almost exclusively from our Watford-based offices, which include a range of Microsoft and Apple systems that can be configured to our clients' needs.
We have been members of the Professional Contractors' Group since its formation in 1999, and have this year achieved full ISO9001:2000 certification of our Quality Management System through their PCG(QS) scheme.
Customer service is supremely important to us, and we always ask our customers for feedback, and act on that feedback to ensure that they, and future clients, receive outstanding value for money and quality of service.
Customers have included Dun+Bradstreet, Tesco.COM, J Sainsbury, Mothercare UK Ltd, Cisco Systems, British Home Stores, Datamonitor, plus many much smaller clients.
