Now, after 23 years spent in the business environment in Italy, EU, CH, USA,12 years as International HR & Communication Director, other 11 years as Partner in the Executive search and Management consulting industry (with a strong focus on executive search, performance management and rewarding at C level, M&A, Organization, LabourLaw, Integration&ChangeManagement, Talent Management, balanced scorecard, 5 years as temporary HR and general manager) and a 18 months experience in general management in Lausanne (leading a 100 people company), I´m looking to move back to a Company position where could be possible to leverage on my competencies. This experience enriched me on business and entrepreneurial side and enlarged really the range of my skills and functions into the commercial, financial and General Management fields.
