I'am a professional freelance telemarketer with over 5 years worth of experience and I have a team of other highly experienced telemarketing agents who work along side me. My background is in Marketing and Design and as a team we have worked with major companies such as Chubb Fire/security, Microsoft and Peninsula as well as Small and medium sized companies. I am happy to discuss our experience with you.

We are very comfortable with cold calling and introducing a new concept product that will benefit individuals. When we see opportunities, we will use our initiative to develop the call further by having a conversation with each prospect, and listen to their requirements rather than try and read from a sales script. Its important to find out their requirements and present your product or service as the solution. We will be persuasive but a pushy sales approach just doesn’t work. We can send out all email information requests on your behalf via your Microsoft exchange or a Pop 3 email account and most of my clients link their Outlook Calendar so we can book meetings into their working schedule. We work with data companies who can source you qualified data or we can work with you to source this online. All prospects contacted are cleansed for accuracy and to ensure that direct mail and email marketing is possible.

Our standard fees are £125 per day of calling activity but we are more than happy to work on an hourly rate if required. We work from a fully equipped office, and all call charges, set up fees and other expenses are included in these fees. We generally work from Excel spreadsheets but we are happy to work on any online system you have in place. We will provide you with detailed updates on decision maker conversations on a regular basis as well as full statistical reporting.

We are available to start on this project as soon as possible and we are very flexible in regard to the number of days per week that you require and can discuss this with you if you are interested in going ahead. We are also always happy to discuss trial arrangements in the first instance in order to make sure we are both happy before committing to a full project.

  • Conference Telesales: Wanted: freelance telesales person with experience in conference / seminar delegate sales (preferably with financial services industry knowledge), cold calling, database cleaning and generating new sales leads. Budget would be approximately £120 a day (there are currently 3 seminars that need selling, and each will have at least 5 days devoted to them. More seminars are planned for 2012, so regular freelance work will be available to the right candidate).
  • Sales Manager: We are a small company expanding rapidly on the back of our successful and award winnig Love Clean Streets cloud service for local authorities.
