Having over 20 years experience in the IT industry as a developer in a wide range of industries; including finance,insurance,retail,warehousing,medical,travel,engineering and software, I have a strong IT background. Retraining in the last 3 years from a mainframe programming background writing complex multi-user applications for firms as large as BP, I now develop .Net applications using C# and have up-to-date Microsoft Certifications in Application Development (for .Net) and SQL Server databases.
I am proficient in .Net programming (Web and Windows), C# or VB.Net coding, ASP.Net up to Framework 2.0 and with the tools of the trade; Visual Studio 2005 (now also 2008) and SQL Server Management Studio.
I am looking to join an interesting development project building Windows or Web applications using .Net.
