I was commissioned to assist BT’s 3rd line support engineers in Newcastle in the preparation for the release of BT’s new Wi-Fi enabled Mobile phone product line. I successfully installed and configured a secure Windows 2003 Server active directory with Exchange Server for the 3rd line support engineers to use as test platform for the new BT mobile emailing solutions, and wrote the technical manual for both internal BT use and for the public to support its operation. Developed an ASP.NET and SQL driven Incident Board for BT to use in its call centres to inform 1st and 2nd line support engineers about outages relating to the new product range.
• Construct, install and configure a fully functional Windows 2003 Server active directory with Exchange Server in a secure DMZ for use by 3rd line support Engineers.
• Wrote the technical manual outlining all the requirements, specifications and instructions to install, secure, maintain, and optimise the system.
• Developed a comprehensive online incident board using ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL server for use in BT’s technical call centres. The website features full user access control, database driven dynamic content, and an administration consol.

Nelsons is the largest manufacturer of homeopathic medication in the UK. I was employed to advise customers regarding the use of homeopathic medication and deal with all telephone enquiries and complaints at their Oxford Street flagship store.

• Stay abreast of the constantly shifting legal constraints affecting the pharmaceutical industry.

Lloyds Register holds classification and certification information on all commercial, private and military ships operating today that require such certification for insurance and safety purposes. I was employed to enter and retrieve information into their many complex databases by developing simple front end interfaces into their old legacy databases

I was responsible for the technical implementation and administration of all internet and intranet related aspects of IT solutions provided to Acronym’s clients.

I was an Ms-SQL DBA in the database consultancy division of Unihold. I was required to maintain and develop code for clients’ SQL servers, and implement database designs for Unihold’s in-house software development division.
