Managed the deployment of a £11M data and telephony infrastructure renewal project (SPIRE) within Surrey Police. The project entailed replacing legacy voice and data networks, with a converged IP based network based on LES and SDSL connectivity, using Cisco data and IP telephony infrastructure.

– Involvement in an E-business development project with a credit-factoring agency.
– Management of various client consultancy projects, including, CS, CRM, internal auditing, IT infrastructure auditing, structural adjustment formulation and change implementation. Clients included, a multinational IT consultancy, Compass Analytics, Microsoft, HCIMA, which is a UK management organisation and Manulife, a Canadian insurance multiple. The value added to the IT consultancy was an extra £25m worth of additional consultancy (12% growth) in the first quarter after implementation of the projects recommendations.
