– Defining the new services and managing the process definitions to underpin these.
– Managing the deployment of new services across fifty sites throughout Surrey.
– Decommissioning the legacy network voice and data.
– Process development, configuration, archiving and change control management.
– Financial control of voice and data connectivity budgets through the migration.
– Managed the bid and RFP/RFP process.
– Management of project team and project in a Prince2 environment using MS Project Server and SharePoint.
– Vendor management.

– Production of a catalogue of services.
– Migration of 4,500 users onto the new data network with IP telephony.
