1. Typing of Declarations and various legal documentation including Opinions and Pleadings - Intellectual Property, Family/Matrimonial, Litigation and Commercial.

2. Knowledge of medical terminology, typing medical reports etc. Administrative duties. Telephone liaison with doctors and patients. Contacting local authorities and speaking to Social Workers. Arranging meetings. Composing letters to doctors, clinics, patients, photocopying and faxing.

3. Patents: Typing and filing Britsh/Designs/European patent specifications (including e-filing at the European Patent Office Online) Areas of Expertise: Biotechnology/Biochemical, Structural Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Medical Tech, Mechanical, Electrical, Designs, Computer Tech, Telecommunications and Designs etc. Also involved Commercial and Litigation matters. Diary management of cases due (taking out files, matching correspondence, dealing with the cases and putting them away), typing composed letters, sending out standard letters, reporting Official Actions, confirmations, reminders, typing legal documentation (Commercial and Litigation), composing invoices, alerting Partner to urgent matters, telephone liaison with various other agents abroad, and with Patent Offices.

Trademarks: filing various types of trademarks, typing composed letters, standard letters, responses, typing legal documentation sending faxes, requesting extensions of time, filing trademarks and oppositions.

4. Mail merges, typing letters, lots of audio, photocopying, faxing, posting share certificate(s) to various clients and companies.

5. Typing letters, minutes and meeting notes (standard format), binding Pension policies, putting together and binding meeting notes, filing, faxing and photocopying.

6. All of 1-5 above including paralegal, diary management, arranging travel, accommodation, currency, delegating work, telephone liaison to persons of high levels, training members of staff and seeing to the day-to-day running of a Department of 10+ staff.
