- 8 months as interim Internal Communications Manager (E.ON Retail): supported the re-brand of Powergen to E.ON; conducted communications review; improved upward feedback and dialogue with senior management; strengthened customer-focus.
- Consultancy piece to transition Powergen SME call centres in becoming more customer- and commercially oriented through role redesign.
- Delivered 5-day leadership programmes for KPMG in UK and Europe
- High performance team-building (BP)

Hibernian Insurance (part of Aviva in Ireland) to merge cultures following two consecutive takeovers; and with BSkyB to audit employee satisfaction as a precursor to new HR & People Strategy work.
