I am a graduate with over 10 years of experience in a multitude of Business Intelligence software and supporting database technologies. I have an extensive experience in full range of data warehousing disciplines, from data model design (star/Snowflake schemas) through to extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) to end-reporting; with business experience in Finance, Technology, and Retail industries. I have also been operating and maintaining an organisation's service environment covering the BI Front-end Customer Care IT systems and applications in the production environment, and providing second line support to all external customers in an indirect manner.
