Problem management Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for the operational and well being of the solution test and production environment.
Analysing the operational problems to the root cause, and taking the right (preventive) actions to resolve it.
Following up all problems escalated to third parties according to agreed SLA.

Participating in projects business requirements as a committed resource.
Defining SMART non-functional and operational support business requirements.
Evaluating SMART acceptance criteria throughout project phases and cycle.
Communicating to the project and line management project status on a regular basis.
