Responsibilities:
-Prepared a proposal on improving the usability of Maximo to meet part of the business needs of clients. Also, developing training manuals tailored to client needs, coordinating lesson plans and evaluating the effectiveness of training program.

-Primarily responsible for the management of application environment – testing and training. This involved liaising with application partners, Software vendors and users to schedule upgrades and deployments.

-Designed and implemented a web based IT asset management system, this application is used to track, monitor and retrieve information on IT assets owned and managed by the company remotely by users.

- Coordinated the production and maintenance of the status reports, which was required to report back to client on milestones reached, progress of project/ tasks, as well as identifying and escalating areas of possible concerns.

- Provide extensive support to users in resolving issues identified during UAT and helped with the training and documentations.

- Provided extensive and exclusive risk analysis, data cleansing, and reporting services to project managers and senior executives. Creating complex Matrix for users and the group they belong to in Maximo application.

-Providing technical assistance on system use and responding to client request on assistance. Part of a technical support team available to resolve client issues and also maintaining an electronic ticket system.

On behalf of CODUB Consulting, I was hired as a consultant and worked for the following clients:

-Analysis of feedback on Maximo Surgery questionnaire.
-Part of a project team responsible for the migration of an Asset Management Software (Maximo) on oracle 9i.
-Extraction, creation and distribution of complex reports from Maximo database using crystal report.
-Extensively used SQL queries on a huge database to produce reports for the management team.
ITT Sheraton,
- Installation and Implementation of a complete Asset Management Software (Maximo). This is used for running the help desk operations and also for planned maintenance.
- Used crystal report to explore and deliver reports via the web, this enabled end users to view reports from the database with a better visualization and understanding.
