Personal Profile

To increase production and efficiency I advocate the significance of being a team player to maximise ideas and innovations as well as problem solving dynamics. I have also found it necessary to work on my own to analyse requirements or issues within diverse departments. I, however, embrace the idea of a positive team culture and have found performances improve when resources appreciate that they are contributing valuable functional and constructive roles within teams.

My IT change and problem management skills have been adapted to enable me to investigate and implement radical initiatives within Service departments. These initiatives offer greater flexibility to internal and business clients with improved efficiencies and cost effectiveness. This in turn ensures increases customer loyalty by demonstrating that their business is important to the company and support is available to them to meet their changing requirements.

I am extremely adaptable, approachable, dependable and trustworthy and can discuss confidential personal issues as well as managing business objectives to provide support and guidance to all. I ensure I am accessible at all times and prioritise meeting requests as required.

Achievements

I have recruited, trained and supported additional analysts and Team Leaders required for Equifax's annual projects who all reported to me on a daily basis. This utilised my time management skills and allowed me to focus on higher prioritised operations by delegating time consuming tasks to them. On completion of the annual project the majority of these resources were successfully deployed in other areas within Equifax's Wexford site.

Timescales were reduced within Equifax's Electoral Roll Project by five weeks in 2003/2004 reducing the length of the project by 20% to just four months with a project cost saving in excess of £35K annually. This placed the company in a position to supply annually updated data six weeks ahead of our business competitors. This was achieved with my prior extensive knowledge of IT procedure and processes and people management skills. 99.9% of departmental SLA's was achieved by constant motivation and development of all staff to maintain morale and ensure their objectives were consistently met.

I have good reporting and presentation skills, which were developed in my role as estimating analyst for Equifax's mainframe development department. My role was to prepare technical specification documentation, functional analyses and full client estimates for all Equifax clients including Royal Bank of Scotland, Halifax and Littlewoods.
