· Responsible for the P&L of the £13M Gloucester operation of Thermo which includes overall local responsibility for Sales, Service, R&D, and Operations. Also combines this with a dual role as the Director of Operations for the global Business Unit which has manufacturing sites in Germany, Australia and USA.

· Increased revenues by 50% and profit to 18% of revenues in the past three years.
