Also combines this with a dual role as the Director of Operations for the global Business Unit which has manufacturing sites in Germany, Australia and USA.

· Increased revenues by 50% and profit to 18% of revenues in the past three years.

· Active participation in strategic planning processes with the translation and implementation into an annual operation plan.

· Financial forecasting, monitoring and reporting revenues, bookings and backlog analysis.

· Personally trained 30% of the business unit personnel in continuous improvement techniques

· Successfully introduced a consistent regime of Key Business Metrics across the four business unit sites.
