I have more than 20 years experience of manufacturing management at various supervisory levels in textiles, FMCG and food industries.

I have extensive experience of all aspects of design, implementation, maintenance and development of quality and health & safety systems including risk assessment of work equipment, manual handling, COSHH and DSE. I have managed and implemented health & safety, including training in a diversity of arenas including, commercial vehicle and engineering workshops, laundry and cleaning operations, warehousing and manufacturing operations.

In my current and previous positions I have created systems that meets the requirements of HSG 65, which when fully implemented will meet the requirements of OHSAS 18000. I am a qualified and experienced auditor and believe in audit and inspection as an improvement tool.

I also have hands on experience of the daily management of health and safety and quality management systems, and the effective implementation of corrective and preventative measures. I understand what is reasonably practical in a business.

I have extensive information technology skills to network administration level. In my current and previous roles I have created and maintained numerous multi user database management systems.

I am confident, reliable, intuitive, decisive and adaptable with an eagerness to learn when required. I integrate easily as a team member while maintaining the ability to work independently when required. § Promoted and developed health & safety ownership at all levels through consultation and training at all levels including board level. This continues to result in improving ownership of health & safety, and an ever-improving safety record. This is demonstrated by reduced insurance premiums and improved independent audit score of our health & safety management .

implemented in-depth accident investigation system including the training of all manager.
