· Solely responsible for carrying out training design and delivery of an 11-week Mission System course. Day-to-day management of the course, paying close attention to detail.

· Delivered training in commercial environment (Northrop Grumman Baltimore Maryland) for 5 months. During this time trained U.K. military aircrew, ground crew and American civilian personnel on the theory and operation of a complex Radar System. Liaising with Northrop Grumman design engineers to gain a full understanding of the system.

· Solely responsible for training all personnel employed on the Northrop Grumman Surveillance Radar System and OEM Telephonics Secondary Radar IFF Interrogator, Hardware and Software.
