A CIPD qualified sales trainer, with over ten years of sales experience. I have worked in many aspects of selling, in both B2B and B2C; telesales, direct and field. I trained with large corporations such as Telewest (now known as Virgin Media), B&Q and also with The Caudwell Group. Some of my work took me abroad to train sales managers of Call centers, which required cultural training to sell to the UK market, as well as leadership and coaching for middle managers. My strenths are in delivering and implementing key messages to improve sales performance. I have also worked with customer service staff to help them to support sales targets through their call mangement skills. My delivery style is creative and hands on physical learning for delegates and can be adopted to any audience.
