CV
I have worked in the Human Resources fields in excess of ten years, the majority of which has been in the Compensation and Benefits department of a global organisation.
Now working on a freelance basis, I work with both large and small organisations which need an additional resource for a specific project or to outsource some Human Resources related work.
In particular, I have expertise in the area of Compensation and Benefits. With companies increasingly realising the benefit of an effective reward programme for their employees, now is an excellent time to review how pay is used within your organisation and to look at how it can be used to manage and motivate your workforce.
