· Provided significant support to sales teams by planning, writing or editing numerous pieces of promotional and technical telecoms literature such as brochures, application notes, data sheets, FAQs, standards documents, handbooks and flyers for production in printed, web and CD form
· Helped the sales effort in winning high-value telecoms contracts by editing, proofing and producing executive summaries for important bids in very short timescales
· Helped control the rapid increase in output over a high-growth period by proposing and establishing a literature database and archiving system which is still in use in Marconi

Reported to Senior Technical Writer. Helped ensure that product documentation schedules were met during a time of multiple product launch activity.
