My duties at A.C.E. involved electrical, mechanical and pneumatic fitting and assembly of pharmaceutical containment and isolation booths and vessels. I also completed client witnessed factory acceptance tests. I was also involved in U.K. and overseas installation and client witnessed site acceptance tests, inspection and training.

My main duties were wiring, testing and commissioning Alpha range lathes. I have

Experience of Fanuc closed loop circuits and fault finding live electrical panels. I am also trained to use flash test equipment. Extra duties I was also allocated included customer commitment meetings that involved liaison with the design team in order to report and rectify issues raised during the general day to day operations and overcome parts shortages.

As an apprentice electrical fitter I attained various skills throughout the company working in many different parts of the shop floor from the sheet metal shop, paint shop, sub-assembly area and the final assembly. While serving my time as an apprentice I attained all my relevant qualifications at both college and in-house apprentice training.
