I am fully converse in MS office, Outlook 2000, Lotus Notes, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Frontpage, Photo shop, and Image ready. I have extensive overseas training experience in Fare Construction, Sales & Ticketing courses including Amadeus. I also have extensive experience in writing and presenting training programs on many specialised IT related subjects. These include a Data Communications course still being used by British Airways today.

Freelance Training Consultant

October 2001 - April 2002

Project Manager, delivering a Development Program for the Management population at GlaxoSmithKline's SAP centre of excellence.

Project deliverables included - Building a Competency Framework, Gap Analysis, and Development Solutions. All Targets were met.

August 2001 - October 2001

Lead trainer for British Airways new Fares, Ticketing and Reservations system(Amadeus).

I worked as part of a small group of specialised trainers writing course modules, creating a delivery framework and delivering train the trainer.

April '2001 - August 2001

Training designer for GlaxoSmithKline's SAP centre of excellence.

My remit was to design a training and induction process, including courses (Converting operating procedures into a training deliverable format), for new contract and fulltime SAP and IT professionals joining the company.

Working for Unisys, implementing NT4. My project brief included supplying application training on MS office2000, including Outlook 2000 and NT4 product awareness.

Evaluation, design and delivery of training solutions for over 200 IT professionals. I was the catalyst for rapid change in the IT department, implementing a structured approach to learning through classroom, CBT and mentoring methods.

I was responsible for the management of a specialised IT training section, consisting of five staff.

I created a development pathway, which saw two of the team being promoted.

Design and deliver specialised training to 1^st and 2^nd level IT staff. I was also heavily involved in training support for new IT projects in the airline. This included classroom training and overviews on new hardware and support applications for the airline.
