Germany (A Novartis Group Company)My role was to take the lead in developing migration/load procedures (LSMW) for Material Master and Vendor Master for a global harmonized SAP system. The system will create a single, integrated ERP (ECC) system for 40 manufacturing sites in 26 countries. Once the core system is in place (April 2007) the 26 countries will start to roll-out their data into the system. Also authored the Master Data Guidelines for Country roll-outs. Wrote the Functional Specification , developed the Quality and Production test specifications and cut-over plan. Worked closely with the business and integration management during all the phases of the project. Provided consultancy to the Pilot Country Roll-Out projects.
