Having completed the Slovenian roll-out I have been made responsible for data migration of the next country (Austria) roll-out. I will be doing similar tasks as in Slovenia with the addition of data migration for plant maintenance also.

Having completed the core project in Germany I moved to the first major pilot roll out of the global harmonized system (ECC). My role was to take the lead in developing migration/load procedures. Working with end users and functional analysts (internal and external) to define data requirements and transformation rules , Detailed design documents , formal testing and quality control. Review functional specifications. Cutover planning and support Coaching for data migration to 4 other roll-outs. (UK, Belgium, Switzerland and Turkey) .

My role was to take the lead in developing migration/load procedures (LSMW) for Material Master and Vendor Master for a global harmonized SAP system. The system will create a single, integrated ERP (ECC) system for 40 manufacturing sites in 26 countries. Once the core system is in place (April 2007) the 26 countries will start to roll-out their data into the system. Also authored the Master Data Guidelines for Country roll-outs. Wrote the Functional Specification , developed the Quality and Production test specifications and cut-over plan. Worked closely with the business and integration management during all the phases of the project. Provided consultancy to the Pilot Country Roll-Out projects.
