Achievements

▪ Development of comprehensive module based user documentation designed as step by step guide which can be followed without needing to attend training sessions.
▪ Design and development of comprehensive user guide and training outline to facilitate smooth adoption of new investment optimisation tool with minimal training and support.
▪ Design and delivery of electronic document management system training programme to support introduction of centralised administration team. Training programme designed to introduce new technology and business processes into a sensitive environment where local teams were incurring redundancies. Training successfully delivered, supported by comprehensive user guide, enabling smooth transition to new processes and increase in productivity and revenue collection.
▪ Working with Customer Services team to understand current processes supported by SAP SD and significant changes in upgrade version of software. Production of user training manual documenting differences and new features, together with series of training sessions and workshops enabled smooth go-live transition with minimal need for support. Training material handed over to be maintained in house for new hire training programme.
▪ Analysis of poor adoption of sales force automation tool identified that mobile sales people only used system intermittently and were reluctant to ask for help from support team. A5 mini-reference guide produced, small enough to keep in a brief case. Significantly reduced support calls and increased system use.
▪ Delivery of initial two-week training course at employment retraining centre, including SSADM case study, within 2 days of accepting contract. Involved preparing course material as it was delivered, including learning enough BASIC to teach simple programming and developing a simplified case study for SSADM with practical relevance to delegates’ experience.
