Review and analysis of the Supply Chain resulted in recommendations for a lean inventory strategy, new Warehouse Management System (WMS) for improved inventory management, manpower management and order processing. Improvements aimed to take customer order fulfilment from 95% to 99% with lower long term capital requirements.
