• Development for Autodealer application-
The fax workflow project will take all incoming faxes for the TTY Process in Hong Kong and convert them to images. The images will eliminate the need for printing the faxes and will be visible on agent’s desktop monitors. Domino Workflow will route the images from agent to agent for processing as well as tracking the status of each proposal in the TTY process. Managers and Sales Support Supervisors will have real-time statistics and reporting on every proposal in the system. Agents will have semi-automatic (manual tagging is required) matching of proposals and late arriving supporting documentation, a fax-back facilitate to reduce time spent on the telephone and workflow to manage who the proposal should be passed on to next. Search capabilities will allow anyone with access to the application to find a proposal and read its status instantly. Prioritization functionality will allow a user with Supervisor access to escalate any proposal to the top of a queue. System provides archival facility also. Faxes will archive in every 3 months to the domino doc cabinets
• Leave management system
Leave Management System for Eicher. Employees can login to the system and apply for the leave. This application consists of approval/rejection cycle. When one employee submits the leave application, email notification will be sent to the corresponding supervisor. The supervisor can access the leave application directly using the link/URL provided in the email notification. The person who submits the leave application will receive email notification, whether his request is approved or rejected. If no action is taken by the supervisor, before the leave start date, then the application will be considered void and will be deleted and will send an email notification to the requestor and he has to submit new leave application. Administrator can configure the holidays, which will be used when calculating the number of leave days, number of total leave available for the employees and users of type supervisors, who will approve or reject the leave application from employee
• Performance Appraisal System-
Max is performance appraisal system for employees of Orange. Employee will be sending self appraisal to the manager. Manager will rate employee according to the performance and it will send to the higher authority to further approval. If employee’s performance in that year is satisfactory then system will calculate the salary hike for the employee and a notification mail will go to the employee
• Intranet Application
Intranet is a part of various E-commerce initiatives taken by UTI bank. The bank has identified the need for intranet and a group was formed to initiate the intranet project. The broad value-add of this intranet will be in terms of easy management of information, workflow and communication between the employees. These will increase the efficiency of all the departments of the bank. It will not only make the current processes more efficient but also have certain added features like bulletin boards, discussion forums etc to have effective collaboration among the employees. Maintains all information like Asset Tracking, Employee Information, Performance Appraisal, Internal vacancies, Document Library application is an electronic filing cabinet that stores reference documents for access by a workgroup. The database might contain anything from environmental impact statements for a group of engineers to financial statements for a group of loan officers

• WorkRequest Management
The application covers the features including automatic work assignment, automatic escalation of work, work reassignment, client notifications via email and viewing of status by the client. It enables the administrator to register clients, manage predefined e-mail questions and maintain a list of holidays. It enables supervisors to view work requests which are pending, completed and assigned. The supervisors will also be able to view all the actions that have been done to a work request in the form of a work history. Also the clients can view the work request status from the browser at any point of time .The application will reduce the turn around time in work request closure. The system will capture meaningful data throughout the lifecycle of the work request. The worker needs to have access to email only for the application to work. The data stored can be utilized for effective analysis and report generation.
