My last contract was with the NHS central team as Benefits Realisation Project Manager for ESR (Integrated Human Resources (HR) and Payroll system). ESR It is one of the world's largest IT implementations and currently pays 1.2 million staff. As Benefits Realisation Project Manager I am responsible for the Northwest team covering 70 Trusts. I provide post go live support ensuring that the core modules of ESR (Payroll, Recruitment, HR and Finance) has been implemented correctly and assist with benefits such as Self Service and OLM (Oracle Learning Management). This would involve checking the Trusts policies and procedures to ensure best practice, running workshops, chairing User Groups and Project Management.
