• Administration: I have strong administration skills and able to organise, prioritise and get the job done. My key administration skills include touch typing, letter writing, dealing with correspondence, answering telephones/dealing with enquiries, using all IT packages to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and in house/external liaison.
• Customer Service: I believe in treating each customer with respect and as an individual. I do my up most to help a person, especially within my current role where many enquires steam from delicate personal problems to difficult situations. Due to my friendly and outgoing personality, I get on well with people and have excellent communication skills.
• Organisation: I am able to effectively organise and prioritise my work. I use a diary to organise meetings and calls as well as using Outlook. We also have a central database called IPCC which logs calls and situations, allowing us to access information and deal with any problems or queries.

• Achievements include rectifying a serious fault within the application process as interviews were being cancelled and students were not being notified. Also organised an awards evening for the students.
