Currently I’m managing multiple projects with a total team size of 40 team members including junior project managers. The budget handled is in excess of 2 million dollars in a cross location and multi disciplinary scenario.

Worked on various projects in the domains Credit Risk, Operational Risk, SOX, Regulatory Compliance, Anti Money Laundering, KYC, Internal Audit, IT Governance, Incident and Problem management solutions across various divisions of the bank ranging from front office to back office. The team size managed was on the average of about 25 people and budgets in the order of 2 million Euros.
