Developed a secure web interface in VB.NET & SQL 2005 enabling supermarkets to access live web reports on product quality.
Reports were generated using SQL Reporting Services.
The interface was designed using Visual Studio 2005 and Fireworks CS3 and uses CSS & Javascript.

A government funded database holding information on all horses owned and registered in the UK.
Part of a small team consisting of two database administrators, a web developer and the Chief Executive.
Migrated existing VB.NET 1.1 back-office application to VB.NET 2.0.
Designed and developed the public-facing web interface using ASP.NET/VB.NET 2.0 and integrated with SQL 2005 database.
Wrote several XML Web Services enabling 3rd parties to access information as well as code that consumed a Web Service provided by Weatherbys.
Also produced working prototypes for proposed functionality and documentation for web application.
The site and database were developed using Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Management Studio 2005. SourceSafe 6.0 was used for source code control.

Visited GPs within the South Warwickshire Health Authority and configured Microsoft Exchange and Outlook to link each surgery to the Primary Care Trust.
