I am a manager in a children's mental health service (community). I have a clinical case load in the South of the County and a County role for the development of the Tier 2 service. I represent PCAMHS at strtegic level and deputise gor the head of service when required. I have a responsibility for the develoment of training both with and delivered by the service, development of care pathways, developing our service in line with government policy and national agendas, audit of service, implementation of the sibgle point of referral for non urgent children's menatl health needs in south Oxfordshire, line management of staff.

Working within the primary health care team to deliver core health visiting tasks for children and families 0-18 years within locality. Areas of speciality included promotion of breastfeeding, children's behavioural problems and early identification of potential mental health needs, parenting strategies, delivering policy at a local level.
