Currently employed by fish4 trading ltd (www.fish4.co.uk) i've developed and implemented systems (Visual C# 2005, SQL Server 2005) for the conversion and processing of large raw advert files which entails XML and database storage. I've developed bespoke advert feed exports as well as Exchange Server response tools (XML packet sending). Recently i've developed an uploads maintenance dashboard (ASP.NET 2.0) for use with our sales support as a tool for self-service.

Other duties and responsibilies includes:
> General technical support to customer services and support staff
> Testing of new uploader's files (XML) and taking them through the process to upload to fish4
> Maintaining our internal call tracking system
> Maintaining our applicant tracking system

Managing and administrating half of London of Borough of Brent’s Right to Buy applications from inception to completion.

• Ensuring that all correspondence, official forms and complaints be answered within legislative timescales.
• Enforcing customer care and equality policies to the highest standard.
• Maintenance of Right to Buy IT Systems (SQL Server, Access, Excel).
• Generating SQL reports for senior management and manipulation of SQL Server data through MS Access and MS Excel.
• Installation/training and upkeep of Right to Buy software to all new staff and/or departments.
• General IT support on a daily basis which includes Microsoft Product support and resolving network issues to staff within department.

Served on Brent Housing Partnership’s IT Forum for 2 years whereby IT literate staff members from various departments suggest and propose systems and new technology to improve the current that are in place.
