 Involved with resource and asset allocation and management. This involves managing contracts, contract extensions, moves of contract staff between projects, keeping the resource database up to date, maintenance of organisation charts and resource analysis.

 Supported a police specialist application - NAFIS for Fingerprints and Palm scan.
 Liaised with the entire different police bureau in the UK and kept them informed and updated regarding logged calls and expected time of resolution.
