■ Consulting based on the feasibility and suitability, to either customize the application or modify the business process and • Writing technical specifications to meet the functional requirements.
■ Technical guidance and Development on Maximo Business Objects (MBO) and Maximo Enterprise Adapter (MEA) in order to customize the product and to develop new interfaces.
■ Liaise with IBM in solving product related issues.
■ Development of new web enabled reports using Actuate and customizing the existing reports
■ Providing support to the business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
